Application from the Youth Climate Action Fund

*Choose at least one item from the plan. The items can come from anywhere in the program. (For example: health-promoting modes of travel, awareness raising and innovation, circular thinking, adaptation to climate change. See e.g. pages 15-16).

*What is the climate problem you want to focus on, what is the goal of the project and how does it relate to the problem, why is it important to undertake the project? (Maximum 300 words)

*What will be done, where, when (exact timeline from the beginning to the submission of the final report), will you head in new or creative directions?, will there be any measurable results from the project?(Maximum 300 words)

*Briefly describe the role of young people in the project and who will be involved. Do you expect to mobilize many young people? Are there many opportunities to engage volunteers? (Maximum 200 words)

*Enter your budget. Under the questions and answers there are instructions on what the grant may not be used for. A budget can be sent as an attachment.

*By submitting an application, the applicant confirms that he meets the requirements that the City of Reykjavík and the Youth Climate Action Fund make for applications and applicants in order to receive funding. The applicant undertakes to use the grant in a responsible and transparent manner to support the goals of the project. The applicant will without exception provide all financial information related to the grant and the progress of the project.
